Students have been working so hard on their summative projects so we went outside after French for extra recess time!

We started the day by doing our spelling pre-test

After, we took up the answers together

Students wrote about their favourite animals



Math:
We continued exploring 3-D shapes. 
Students found objects around the classroom that are 3-D shapes

After, I sorted 3-D shapes into two groups and students had to guess what my sorting rule was


Kai discovered that his thermos is a cylinder!

Farah brought dice from home, they look like cubes!


Gavin's ball is a sphere!

Syra's container is a rectangular prism!



Students worked in their workbook and sorted 3-D objects. After, students presented their work and we had to guess what their sorting rule was.




UOI:  Students continued working on their summative projects.








After, students watched the MYP's arts night performances in the auditorium
